you should have -8 from the fuel pump (preferably Aeromotive A1000) to run power anywhere close to that

the FD tranny will break if abused like every other tranny, it can hold 4-500 without TOO many issues, if you feel like cracking the keg open again and spending some more money Howard Coleman just figured out how to mate a t56 with a 13b

i wonder how the ratio's would affect the powerband....
my homie had a 03 cobra (pretty sure it had a t56) and it hit like 60 in 1st and 80 in second. prolly not exact bcuz it was burning out

Where the **** are you finding them that cheap?
I looked and $1200-2000 is what i was seeing em for.
I stopped caring after another engine was thrown my way and t56 simply wont do. I should be picking it up in a couple of weeks.
My 2nd and 3rd gear doesn't like me. I can feel the syncros going out. Boooo! Little bitch punk *** n/a gearboxes. I can't wait to throw the whole thing in a dumpster.

there are some for $1k-$2k just have to know that people are hurting and not everyone is baller.
theres some salvage yards out here that specialize in LSx powered cars, so they have the load.
i can get an LSX motor for $1500 with coils and harness, ecu. just no tranny.
im not into V8s though.... it would have to be boosted and sound sick

Mustangs, Camaros and all those v8 cars don't have 4.10 final drives. My ls1 FC might do 60 in 2nd.

You could use an upgraded gear set from Quaife which AWR sells for about 2700. Im wanting to run the OS Giken gear set for my FD trans although I have thought of running a T56.
If you can get a T56 for that cheap your pretty luck Ive never found them for that price.

how are the tranny's breaking in the first place???
if youre slamming it into 2nd at redline, well then you should know that most tranny's wont go into 2nd at high rpms... sucks cuz you gotta let it drop a bit

hahaha that was the first thing i saw too... FRP fenders suck, cause if you dont arch them correctly your tire will do that no matter what (if its lowered alot, and fitted right)
i hate that about mine bugs the hell out of me.. JTP's fenders were like that too from rubbing.

i think he was talkin about the r/c car, but my fenders just have rubber on em... if i wipe it away they will look whole again. that was from the first event with the revised fenders on. they were far more haggard prior to this.
