A louvered undertray would be the best way to protect it and increase airflow through the engine bay.

great build. What do you think the estimated weight of the car will be once is all done?

What welder are you using? I plan to upgrade really soon. I only have a small 140amp lincoln with 75 argon/25oxygen.
