Now with that bracket and side mounts in the lowest position, would the seat be able to touch the floor or at least rest on the planted bracket (minus sliders of course)?

I'm talking cross brace, planted mount and a bucket seat sandwich, the max amount of head room. Is that possible?

it might be a lot to adjust seat position but its a small sacrifice.
On the lowest side mount setting the seat should be able to be right on top of the bracket. 6'4 is pretty giant tho man I think it still won't be low enough haha probably have to go right to the floor

or some kinda targa top haha

when u say mount to the floor are u meaning side mount bolted to the cross members?

or did u cut out/remove the cross members and actually bolt/weld side mounts on the chassis floor? I need some details lol

thanks! not sure yet on the turbo shooting for something around .60 nothing too big but will set us in the 300-320 hp range. ems will depend on what the tuner i find is most comfortable with. most likely haltech or megasquirt

aight back to the other car again

did work today. assembled subframe. color scheme looks clean all together. im pleased. also put our middle school skateboards to good use

after a lot of hammering and re positioning we finally got everything in the car and torqued down. the pbm bushings made it really hard to put in because they have no give

put the rear coils in too just to add to the blingin

i am a little worried tho about the lack of clearance the lateral rods/ subframe has. because the pbm bushings are risers they bring everything closer to the frame limiting adjustability and travel. i think im gonna have to remove the toe rods and hammer the floor pan to make room because its pretty much resting on them right now.

has anyone running the pbm bushings had to do that?
