I would only swap a FC engine in a FC though.
or a 20B
But drifting isn't about engine power anyways, so yeah ...strange thread

heey, you stole my signature car
hahaha totally changed it to fit my car though, i changed the rims and lowered it, it was quite hard to change that color and keep the same graphic quality, even in photoshop :\ gotta give me some credit haha

the more broad engine power you have, the easier it is to drift.........

Just get an engine that's reliable then build-up from there. Id probably say go with an n/a, do a rebuild if it needs it. Get a good set of coilovers and start practicing. Once you've mastered the basics then start looking at power.

You need look no further than what guys are doing with ae86's and single slam n/a ka 240's.

You dont need alot of power to drift......just car control.

how are you guys saying that you dont need power. ya sure u dont need it if your do 30 to 40 mph slides but when ur trying to do 70mph slides it tends to not work so well cuz u dont have the power to keep the tires spinning at that speed trust me ive tried it doesnt work out so well. and that was a s4 n/a with coilovers on the car and a full 3 inch exaust all the way back granit i didnt run alot of camber in the rear but i try a 70 mph slide and its just pulled the motor down hard
