IL Corner smashed in...Need advice to fix

Got this 2nd gen as a project. The biggest problem as far as body work goes is this dent. I'm trying to figure out the best/easiest way to repair the dent.
While it was sitting at the previous owners place, some neighbor hood kids decided to smash in the left rear corner right behind the antenna (this is what I was told).

Can't really get to it from the inside to hammer it out. And I fear it's too sharp and deep of a dent to pull out. The best idea i can come up with is to cut it out and replace with a corner from a donor car.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Theres space inside the car, hit it with those special hammers and guides (i forgot the texhnical name for them) to reduce the bondo as muxh as possible, and try this product called Ice its blue and used for motorcylces, it flexs more then bondo and that area seems to see alot of flex and ppl leans
