Well guys, only 10 days until DGRR 2006 starts!

I need anyone who's willing to volunteer for this event to meet me at Sweetwater BBQ at 7PM, Friday April 7th.

I want to discuss about this years event and future of this event.

I need several people who could help me organize it in the future.

I need people next year to:

2 - 3 people who could spread the word of this event on other rotary related forums.

1 person who could help me call different vendors for donations

5-10 people who could lead at the event

2-3 people to help me clean up/organize locations

1 - 3 people designing T-shirts, banner, stickers, pictures, videos, etc

1 -2 people who could manage money.. Its pretty crazy when I get all these paypal payments.

1 writer who can write about DGRR for RXtuner and other potential publications.

So, if you can help, come out and join me and others for a small meeting next friday!

Phil, I should be up there early enough to have dinner. Unless someone else is dying to have it, I'd be happy to see what I can come up with for the articles. I was pleasantly suprised that it turned out like it did last year.

I loved your article and I was hoping you would write it again.

 

This is my first drive up there.
I plan to be leaving the North side of Atlanta by 2:30
I will be glad to help wherever you need a hand.
I will be there all day Saturday, but I need to leave Sunday morning.
I have 4 FRS radios & a 200watt CB.
I also have 2 loaner magnet antenna mobile CB's. Should I bring them?
