thread lurking

why can we no longer see who is "lurking" in a thread? it seems like this functionality was lost after the last upgrade. is this gone for good?

Yes, when the forum was updated recently several minor tweaks occurred that were designed to bring additional speed and reliability to the forum.

At this time we are not sure if that feature will be enabled or not we just have to monitor the forums as see how the removal affects long term performance.

I haven't forgotten about this... still no timeframe on reimplementation. Things run smoother without it.

I didn't say you couldn't BE and e-bully... I just said you couldn't be a LAZY e-bully.

I saw it and forwarded it to the proper authorities. I might be a forum (content) admin, but I don't have access to IB's server farms.

Gotta love the 7club. I was starting to miss this place during my hiatus.

I guess Mark was the only one who was a content admin and a server admin...

Thanks for passing the word along, bro.

Omicron has server access I think or did before the IB switch. I'm not sure how much server access Mark had after the switch either. I can do plenty to the vBulletin, but nothing with the routing on the backside. IB's has hundreds of servers I would imagine.
