hey admins....

does anyone even /go/ into general rotary tech support?

there's spam threads in there 2+ weeks old!

it was funny at first, but now it makes me wonder if there's a staff shortage or something.

I figured posting in here would probably get it dealt with. :P

They dont go into the suggestions section, what makes you think they go in there?

The ONLY areas of the forum that are "patrolled" are the generation tech sections and the classifieds.

The lounge has some mod/admins too. Like killjoy and ddub for example. And I swear I saw Icemark here too.

when's the last time you were in the suggestions section?

DKJ has cleaned that up immensely and checks it at least once a week if not more.

I did see that he replied to the first 10 or so threads. Perhaps I should rephrase that...none of the suggestions ever get any serious consideration or action taken, that I know of. It's kinda like a suggestion box at the door of a restaurant, with a hole in the bottom of the box and a wastebasket on the floor beneath.

I moved 4 threads to violations.

The mod responsible for that section is rxrotary2_7. If you ever see a thread that is need of moderation please try contacting the section mod first by reporting the thread.

The easiest way to do this is to click on the report thread button located under the users avatar. The button looks like this: https://www.rx7club.com/images/buttons/report.gif

Thanks.

What;s your problem dood. I have worked on a helluva lot more issues than 10.

Additionally, you have no clue as to how many issues have been resolved or are recieving serious consideration.

Why don't you stop being such a negative drain on this forum. If you have such lament toward the way things are handled you can always move on to greener pastures.

Thanks, GTFO or get happy.

GTFO or get happy? Are you f***ing serious?

Do you really want me to start posting all the issues this place has?

As far as having no clue, look in the mirror, and then ask some of the thousands of people I've helped in the 2nd or 3rd gen tech sections about me being a "negative drain" on your system.

IT's called a reality check from someone with an impartial view. Of course you are going to think the forum is perfect, you are an agent of the forum.

Helped or fleeced I've heard it both ways.

Yea, go ahead start posting all the problems this place has, maybe someone will get around to fixing them. Lord knows we can't read your beautiful mind.

As far as impartial view that would perclude you had an unbiased view. Your attitude shows you are far from that.

Well that's interesting, and vague, at the same time. I'd love to hear more.

I am not affiliated with the forum ownership or admininstration, I am simply a member who sees the issues and notes them. I use the forum on a daily basis, so obviously I don't have too deep a dislike for it, but by the same token I can point out that it is far from perfect as far as the way things are done here. Sounds unbiased to me...what reason would you have to say otherwise?

There is plenty of threads to choose from here... https://www.rx7club.com/a-186/ both and .

Let's not forget (to my knowledge) you hawk your services here as a non-paying advertiser. Of course that's none of my concern as much it should be the forum owners.

Thanks for the link to your posts in the suggestions forum. As you may have noticed I have touched on a few issues here and there. My goal is to work through every issue in the Suggestions section, but I'm not going to devote every waking hour to doing it. There are hundreds of issues to address so it might take a while.

My reference to your biased nature is your outstanding disdain for the forum moderators and admins. Even your praise for the recent forum upgrades were laced with sarcasm. Maybe somewhere along the line a moderator got your shorts in a twist and you've been taking it out on the staff in general ever since... I don't know.

I can't fix the past, but I can change the future but doing it for ungrateful users doesn't make it anymore enticing.
