Angry Boycott list until the kills section is brought back

It seems that no one cares about our efforts to bring back the old kills section. I propose a boycott of ALL sponsors of this forum until the kills section is restored. If you wish to participate in the boycott, just add your name to the list at the link below. This means that until the kills section is restored, you will not buy ANYTHING from a sponsor of this forum. The sponsors will certainly care if we are happy or not.

I put my name there....you guys keep bitching about how this forum is getting turned more and more into a "dictatorship" and then when somebody tries to accomplish something ...you joke him...morons.

I don't street race...but I think telling people they can't FREELY tell stories to fellow rotor heads and/or car enthusiasts in general is completely stupid. At least somebody is trying to stand up for what they believe...

Forums ARE dictatorships, what the Ops and Mods say, goes. That's just the way it goes.

and if all the members left the forum because they didn't like the "rules" then what do you think would happen? Oh that's right...the sponsors would leave too as the market would speak...which exactly what the OP is attempting to accomplish. Again, if I don't like something, I do what I can to change it....unlike your slack asses that would just let who/whatever tell you what you can and can't do. Sorry...I enjoy my freedoms.

the dictators weren't making you click it were they?

I rarely went to the section either...but really, that's not the point...the point is this forum is going to **** and you guys bitch 24/7 about it, but when faced with an opportunity to make a stand (even tho very unlikely to have any effect on the situation), default to the current mentality of the current retarded generation "ah who gives a ****?"

So in other words what you're saying is pay for all the up time, you pay for the bandwidth and sever space, you pay for maintenance, and as such what you say goes?

"slack asses"?????

and what good is paying for bandwidth if nobody uses it? That's what I thought...Again, websites are useless if nobody goes to them. So as I said AGAIN since you seem to be a little slower than most...the members of this forum ultimately have the power to say whether this forum lives or dies as there is no way the mods can force you to traffic this site (which is what brings traffics to the sponsors, which is what is ultimately paying for this site's bandwidth/servers/etc)....maybe should read up a bit on a how a free market works...you're obviously not getting it...... and yea..."don't give a ****" attitudes are exactly what I said...slack asses.

it was ultimately not the decision of the vendors, so i dont see why they should be punished. I also dont think that anyone would care if they wanted it called the "kills" section. if they stop paying to be sponsors or vendors or whatever you want to call it, they would be hurting themselves not the people on the forum, or the forum itself. they would just lose business, and i dont think thats what anyone really wants here.

I also "don't give a ****" what its called.

no it's not the vendor's fault...but "hitting them (the owners of rx7club) where it hurts" is probably a much faster way to get a change than waiting for enough members to defect to other rotary websites

Like four people are pissed about the kills section, at least the concept of a gas boycott makes a little sense.

As in people gassing up the day before? Gas boycotts amuse me as if your local Shell of Exxon are the ones who dictate what the prices are

Let me get this straight. You guys are fighting for the right to discuss illegal activities that could potentially attract the interest of irresponsible drivers who end up getting innocent civilians killed?

You mean illegal activities such as removing catalytic converters from our cars and modifying safety equipment such as seatbelts, seats, and exterior lights from cars that may at some point be involved in a wreck resulting in fatalities or attract the attention of imprudent drivers? Yes. Don't play the game that street racing is somehow a special illegal activity when compared to these other illegal things. Not to mention that anything can attract an imprudent driver. Using your turn signal PROPERLY can attract unwanted attention. People are dumb as ****, what effects do you really think a kills section would have on that fact?

If I were a Vulcan, I'd say your logic is flawed. Since I'm not, that's a pretty lame argument. It's akin to, "Everything causes cancer."

Show me a video on youtube where people die at a turn signal modifying meet...

For the record... I'm boycotting the vendors, but that's because i have a mazdamotorsports membership.
