So i have been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me. I have been a member since March of 2011 and my account somehow got deleted about 3 months ago. I was finally able to log back into my account, but all my trader score and emails were gone.

If anyone can help get my account back to normal i would appreciate this.

I did see your other account. We only allow one account per user, but you can PM an admin (such as mar3) and he can help you merge the accounts together and keep the username that you want to stick with.

As to the rest, I have no idea. I didn't see any evidence of deleted iTrader or PMs. We don't delete accounts, so the old one should have been available the entire time (unless it was banned). Perhaps an admin might be able to see something that I can't, though.

 

Yeah it was weird. I never technically created an account. I always logged in using my Gmail account. About 3 months ago it would not let me log in, but it was bringing up my user name which is Mr2dude9161. Finally I was able to login and found out all my stats were gone. My user name is still Mr2dude9161 but its empty. If you look through the 3rd gen forum you will see a ton of post made by me or my user name. LOL

I wanted to see if someone can look and hopefully correct what went wrong.

I'm not sure what all you see, but the mr2dude9161 account that you are posting from here shows 34 as your official post count, but I see ~46 posts when I look at what you have posted (some sections the posts don't count to your total). Based on your ip, there is another account (with the March 2011 date) where the account username is similar to your gmail address, but is @hawkmail... This other account shows ~5 posts and looks like it was accessed/created through the Facebook link.

I believe we were having some issues with the Facebook setup some time ago (I'll have to double check). I don't use Facebook, so I haven't ran into that issue (assuming that is where the trouble is).

 

My original account was created in march. About 3 months ago it locked me out and it would tell me my info was incorrect. I tried from many different computers with the same result. I then logged in with my Facebook account info because it was an easy way to get back in to try to figure out what went wrong. Then finally my Gmail account let me in, but it was all new. All my info from march was gone. I don't want my Facebook account, i just did that to get back in. If you can reset my info to the account created in march that would be awesome.

That is strange. So, you are wanting this account (mr2dude...) to show the March date, correct? The other account that I saw only had like 5 posts, but those showed be able to be moved over to this name.

I'm not able to do it myself, but I will ask an admin to take a look at it for you. He should be able to merge the accounts together.

 

Correct. Thanks in advance, Yeah I am not sure how it locked me out after being an active member since march and all of the sudden everything was blank.

 

Accounts were merged but it took the goofy Facebook login profile.

Thanks for merging the account. Is there any way I can keep logging in with my (xxxx) address? The only way I can login now is using the Facebook login button when before I used to use the my gmail login. Also most of the old e-mails are gone and also it shows my trader score of 0 when I had 4 points.

Do you guys know what this could have been caused by? On some of my old post it says my screen name and then N/A for the details.

 

See if that works...if it doesn't, I can try one more thing.
