u can order from racing beat. but unless ur goign to make this a track only car, i'd suggest that u do NOT get a underdrive (smaller size) pulley.

I don't know if this could help but I went to see a small company who rebuilds alternators & starters and I brought mine in so the guy could see it and he found one that fits right on it cost me 10 bucks

How did they mate the two together? just a longer bolt?

An underdrive pulley will only perform better than a stock pulley after a certain engine speed. that RPM is when the water pump begins to cavitate.
assuming the stock water pump starts to cavitate at about 7000 RPM, then an underdrive pulley will help prevent that and perhaps cavitation will not occur until past 8000 RPM.

at lower engine speeds an underdrive pulley will not provide any benefit over the stock one.

I bought a pulley from this guy. The price was right, and shipping was quick.

i wouldn't worry about underdriving the alt pulley, i would deffinatly have more voltage then not enuff, how ever the underdriving the MAIN pulley would be a good idea b/c of the water pump issue.
