What's my fd worth?
So here's a little info about myself:
I'm 27, looking to upgrade my house, and possibly considering getting married.
Now the dilemma: Do I try to get as much as I can for my rx7 (which I only had time to enjoy a handful of times this year)? Or do I keep it and hope I wont need to spend any major cash on it for a couple of years?
I don't have any pics of the car, since she's hibernating at the moment but here are the specs:
1993 LHD FD base
around 115k, 25 or so on the motor (rebuilt by farrel supercars)
hks intake
hks bov
greddy intercooler
koyo rad
peter ferrell catback
downpipes
rerouted gel cell battery (in cab)
cloth seats
jvc dvd
viper 2 way
turbo timer
5zigen 5zr rims with cheap rubbers plus original rims with shotty rubbers
decent paint (silver)
clean interior
3rd owner (previous 2 were mature owners)
spare set of re style headlights (not installed)
Most of the work was done by a family friend, however Joe at SG motorsports pointed out a couple of things they screwed up and fixed them accordingly. It now runs perfectly with absolutely no issues.
I cant think of anything else off the top of my head but I think that's enough info for now.
I'm just trying to figure out what it's worth before I decide whether I want sell or keep it. Most I've seen for sale are either RHD, done up to the ****, or have some kind of major problem. I know I won't get an obscene amount of money for it, but any opinion on what it's realistically worth would definitely help me.
Thanks.

I can't see myself keeping it for longer than another year or two regardless, just beacause of my lack of time to maintain it. I'm in no desperate need of the cash (but it would definitely help a bit) so I'd probably be listing it around march or april. I've thought about just shooting high and hoping someone bites.
$10-15k? ****, I was hoping for a little more than that. I guess I'll just wait and see what they're selling for in a couple of months.
Sorry about bringing up marriage, I didn't realize i'd offend so many people lol. If it helps, my girl thinks I should keep it "if it makes me happy", whatever that interprets to in man talk.

Let me be serious, if you aren't driving it, if its just hassling you, just sell it.
You MIGHT miss it, but I doubt it. There are too many new car options out there these days, and with the cost of gas + the depreciation value due to rhd saturation in the markets, it really isn't worth it to keep. Even if you get 15k that 15k down towards your mortgage will save you so much on interest vs this thing sitting in your garage.
Also, does your fiancee have a sister...preferably blonde.
