How to remove pully, alternator, and air pump
Hey guys, I need some help/tips on removing the pully, alternator, and air pump as they are hindering me from completing the whole silcone rats nest job. I've already completed the top portion (rack) and now I need to replace the hose that are running behind the Air pump. What's the procedure on removing the pully, alternator, and air pump ?

don't pull the pulley, take off the whole air pump or the whole alternator. Much easier and more room to work.
but if your determined you can undo the nut on the shaft, and tap the pulley with a hammer, but only if the pulley is a steel. if it's plastic it should have a couple threaded holes on it, which you can screw in bolts until the pulley pops off, be sure to keep the pressure equal on both bolts

loosen the bolt on the pivot.
loosen the horizontal not on the bracket.
loosen the tentioning bolt (vertical)
take off the belt
take off the power wire being sure it doesn't touch any metal anywhere.
unplug the the field connection off the back.
remove air pump hoses.
disconnect the Electrical plug
unbolt and remove.

Thanks for the tip. I've successfully removed the air pump and alternator but the pully is still hanging in there. That electrical plug on the air pump was the only thing I had problems with -the damn thing won't even come out = =
