Dave was the guy who got me started with rotary. I still own the car he sold me 14 years ago. I almost feel the need to rebuild it as a memorial for him. Truly q great guy that did whatever he could to help. So many memories and calls I will never forget. Cheers to you dave, you were one in a million, the world and the forum is a worse place without you.

To be fair I bought a s5 from flipstar that replaced his car, then a bunch of high end parts for the s5, my plan was to build the s5 and use his old car as a reference and parts car.
Now I'm thinking of using his old s4 car(even if it is in worse body condition than my s5) and building it in his memory. More work for me but I think I need to do this. Hell technically its still his car as I never put it in my name(safety inspection). I've contacted MTO and then a lawyer and it's a lengthy and cost assuming transition but it is doable.

bud, if you go the length to rebuild his S4 and you need help or spare parts, the Mister Styx's Canadian section will probably all try to chip in !!
i don't have a lot of stuff left anymore, seeing i sold my last running RX7 when i had my first kid 7 years ago.but if you do and need something i can help out with i will do...
Any help is better than no help at all , that's what Dave preached !!!!!
