I'm very sorry to everyone that has to read about RX Tuner issues being delayed again and whatnot. I was just wondering that if BOOSTD 7(Ryan) was the person to PM if im missing back issues from October and November. I called 1 866 RX TUNER and they told me that they only handle missing issues from 2005 and on. The latest issue that i've received was Feburary and I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten June's one. I'm in British Columbia, just wondering if the location has to do with anything with the delay, in no way, am I rushing, I just wanted to know where my books are. So I'm missing Vol.1 Issue 8 and 9 and June of 2005 Vol. 2 (Issue 3, assuming it carries on).

I did, some lady said they dont handle issues that are Pre-2005 issues which both of mine are October and November, respectively.

 

I've given up. The last issue I have is jan. I have paid for a two year subscription on top lasts years subscription. Current rate the two years should last me a long time

This is crazy. Not good business regardless of what happened. It has to hurt both sides.

 

I was just contemplating renewing. I have only received 4 issues in a year and since "one of their computers was stolen incident" I have not recevied or heard a thing. Nicely enough though, I did get the renewal letter from them on time....and the price will now be a premium for Canadians...hmmmm...Not good business you say...double that!

 

I just dont understand why ONLY the issues seem to have trouble reaching my door - as mentioned - I recieved numerous renewal letters (to which I did give in to) but the BOOKS never seem to make it that far...
I know that if I personally have another year of deliveries like last year, they can count me out...
I can tell you that if my dad and I ran that magazine anything like we run our shop that where ever those mags are getting lost (customs I'm told) would not be sending us a fruitbasket on christmas after the talk we would have with them...


Maybe they are holding them back cuz we didn't help out in Iraq, eh? - LOL

 

oh wow, so im not the only one ... I've gotten 3 renewal letters, I am quite well aware of the predicament with Brian, but I am as well give up too, usually Coles( Owned by Chapters) but they haven't received anything either.

 

Well anyways I think there is no reason for this thread to be lingering around, thank you everyone for your responses and helping me clarify things.

 

I've found that Chapters in Mississauga (square one) usually has them, I saw one there this past weekend not sure which issue month it was but it had the speedsource RX-8 in the front.

 

I have not received anything since Vol. 2 issue 2.

I thought you had worked something out with them that they sent all the mags to you then you sent the individual packages out? Was I dreaming, drunk or both???? Those drugs I am on must be real good...unfortunately I can't tell you Where i bought them. Speakingn of that I am getting hungry!!

 

We did that for the last set of issues that didn't arrive, but they have since changed distrobution companies to prevent it from happening again.

I don't think there has been an issue since Feb, at least not according to their website.

I've been meaning to email Ryan/Brian about some articles, so I'll find out what's up.

The last time I called, they said they're running behind, and I should be getting a magazine at the begining of september,..

Chapters only has April/May issues in... It's funny but since they out-sourced the shipping/ordering, things actually seem to be worse, lol...

 

if i knew how they orders where going to be i would of never got involved with them.. i only received 4 copies in the last year for $20.00. they started out with good ideas but there teasing. every month i get all my other mags and i realy only look for my rx tuner and its never there.

 

I'm calling them on monday to cancel my two year subscription.

 

Heck, I don't have to cancel, They don't send me anything, not even a renewal lettre!

Well I called them. Apparently they are on volume 2 Issue 7. Coming out at the end of this month.

The story I got last time was there was trouble with the distributer. Apparently now they have change distributers and subscription company or whatever.

Asked them how come Chapters has the issues or some off them and really did not receive an answer.


The last issue I received was volume 2 issue 2. I guess there is no way to get the missing issues. Might have to contact rxtuner directly.


I wonder how many canadian subscribers there are?

 

I was one...wanted to renew...almost did...then realized it would be a donation...If they get their stuff straightened around...I might reconsider.

 

Don't ask them. They don't seem to realize that they are shedding Canucks in big chunks just as a bison sheds fur in the spring.

 

Volume 2 Issue 7. Coming out at the end of this month. yea rite. i just received the volume 2 issue 4 and will put money on it that there not going to get 3 more issues out in the next 4 months lol... i get one every 3-4 months if i don't call and cry about it. i thought in the beginning they where going to release an issue every months then it seemed by-monthly. i just hope at the end of this road things will pick up for them and we can see more from rxtuner on time and out as planned.

 

I managed to get a vol2 issue 4 from CP Racing, which is latest one I've seen in Chapters...
