its a private membership race track which you need to pay to use like a time share. its for rich people to store and race their cars, as of right now i do not see that it will be open to the public like TMP or Mosport. unfortunately.

Maybe they'll lower their fees to pay the bills.
It's still good to have another track around, even if it's private – we're blessed with a number of choices here: TMP, Mosport, Grand Bend, and Calabogie, to name a few.
I guess the Fort Erie track (Canadian Motor Speedway) is a non-starter right now.
