Magic pill gives 40 % more fuel economy ???

Just a link I got,

I dont know if its true, but after reading all it seems to do is lower octane to make the mix burn faster ( something we definilty dont want on a turbo rotary, but maybe good on nas. )

Any thoughts , comments ?

BAH! youcan do the same thing with a tablespoon of acetone in your tank.. It breaks down the surface tension properties in the petrol letting it atomize more effectively.. thus lower your octane level by increasing air/fuel mixture .. (add in 1:20 or 1:25 Methy hydrate to gain back some 'octane' points.. as an estimate )

Normally dropping pills into your tank results in a 80-120% increase in fuel economy. 40% sounds like a rip off.

Bullshit. I tried to find anything on the website to refute, but there is actually no content. It just keeps repeating the slogan and box description...

Regardless, I'm sure you could find a 40% increase in fuel economy just by changing your driving habits.
