Well evilrotor! That poweder coat will probable look cleaner then my polished stuff. I've had the UIM pulled of at least 15times. With all of the scratches and oxidization and work to keep it clean you are far better off with the powder coat.

Also cheaper to powder coat.

Keep up the good work!

Nope. Its a mystery. And 'frankly' I can't stand it anymore. Did everything like three times. Looks like turbo is going to be pulled and another useless $550+tax spend on the never ending piece of ****.

Anybody wants to buy an RX7. It still pushes 410rwhp !

Hey Evil, I found Using my laptop that the new Halwin software works well with my laptop but when I use my Girlfreinds, I have to use the Older software to get it to work... not sure why... but that is the case.
Just incase you run into the same problem you know a possible solution.

Nik and I installed my transmission today, and put the exhaust back on. What a PITA.

Yesterday I fabbed up my Haltech TPS bracket. Made from 1/8" SS.

Do you have a brake at home, or is that hammer and vice action?

The shop at my old work has a one of those giant bender things (it's called a brake, you say?).

So it was a combination of that and a hammer. You can see the slight scuffing the hammer made when I had to readjust...

Here is a pic of the wrapped Haltech harness. Should be bulletproof.

Today was the first day we fired up the ECU. Everything went well. No cranking or trigger issues like some of the 6X installs seem to be having.

Nik and I also installed my brand new clutch master cylinder, just to find it out it leaks, so we had to put the old one back in ...wtf!
