Fd boost issues

I am not getting any boost after the tranition in my FD. I got under the car and checked the c clips on the actuators and they are in all place. I checked the rats nest and around the turbos and everything appears to be fine. I haven't found any vac lines that have popped off or cracked up.
I am considering going simplified seq or even full non seq. Anybody around KW area familiar with the twins? If you could give me a hand or even just afew pointers it would be greatly appreciated.

Put some grease on the arms of the actuators. The one on the exhaust side manifold and on the pressure side Y pipe. Then run the car. Then check to see if the actuators actually moved, you can tell if the grease on the arms have shifted.

Is it still doing that thing where the 2nd turbo won't come on but if you let off past 5k and WOT again, it comes on?

Nah, after 4500 I am not getting any boost. Only in first and second gear I get a pound or two but it falls off as the revs go up.

Does it make a moo sound when you let off at high rpm?

He was at the track last yr and did a passs when it suddenly stopped working. Also he took off the uim to look around it now has a surging idle. To me ot sounds like he has a vaccum leak and a solenoid that farted out.

I'm having the same problem. Do you get a surging sound when you release the throttle at above 4500rpm ?

I dont hear a moo sound when I let off the throttle. But I can hear a faint hisss after the transition point. I have tried letting off the throttle at high rpm and stepping on it again but not getting any boost.
