You have a short in your harness.. did you recently do any work on your car in the engine bay? double check all the wires..did you remove your ACV? if you did, did you make sure that all the plastic connectors are safely out of the way? I've run across several situations where a plastic connector had decided to either crack, or melt away from heat, exposing the live metal terminal, which would touch a part of the motor and short itself on it...

sorry...obout that
air pump and acv still in the car (not remove)
the only Amkard and i did was replace the water pump and radiator coz the car was over heating....(since the car was overheating....is it actually possible to melt the plastic connectors???)

a damaged ECU will usually not blow the fuse.
i'm not quite sure if there is a quick method of detecting a short somewhere in the harness, you may have to do a systematic search of the entire thing...

no...but i took off the water pump and rad...(i got an overheating prob)...
now...the overheating fixed...
the car started for about 10min....i was just revving it....(to test the overheating)..and suddenlly shut off. Remove the batt and put a new 30a fuse and try to reconnect the batt (but the second i connect them....the fuse blew again)....got really scared...and write in this forum for help.

The egi comp fuse basically supplies power to the solenoids, and switches in the engine bay.. it basically feeds 12V through all those black/white wires in your harness to connector.. as well as your fuel pump.. did you ever rewire your fuel pump at any point in time?
If you replace the fuse and it blows right away without you even trying to start the car, chances are you have a connector terminal, or chaffed wire shorting itself to the motor..
The fuse is related to these parts:
- Main relay (metal box by the trailing coil) check for melted wires here.. I've had one go bad..
- All the solenoids by the oil fill tube (the ones colored green/blue/orange etc)
- boost sensor
- ACV connectors.. I belive there are 2 if I remember correctly.. if you have your acv blocked off, make sure the 2 connectors are out of the way and not grounding on the manifold or block
- BAC valve.. pull the connector and look at the terminals inside.. make sure they are not touching each other.. I have seen these clips get so worn that the terminals inside short on each other
- Power steering switch .. this is located under the p/s pump ...
ASV - on the back of the upper manifold there is a cylindrical solenoid.. it has a 2 wire connector . make sure it's plugged in and the connector is in good shape
Those are the major components.. I'm sure i'm probably missing a few more... anyways, what I would suggest after visually inspecting all these components and the wiring, is to disconnect all the connectors from the components and then replace the egi comp fuse.. if the fuse does NOT blow, then start reconnecting each of the components and find out what components makes the fuse blow again...
hope this helps..
