Pretty standard, yep.

All 3 of mine are in various states of "project" at the moment. First race weekend of the season is tomorrow, my engine is currently dis-assembled on the work bench, and I'm sitting in Newark waiting for my delayed flight home. Typical.

As for me. Well I'm unsure now. I had a deer jump on the highway and take out my daily 09 Mazda 3. So I'm awaiting to see what happens now. Kinda pinching for time. But I'm still really hoping to make it as well!

Are any of you guys coming down for a tune? We currently have 5, depending on how everything goes on Saturday, any other additions will probably be tuned on Sunday. I'd like to know who is coming so I can get a handle on the finances and get it scheduled accordingly. The more the merrier obviously but I'd like to know who will be arriving prior to the event.

Thanks

To try and save some time. Make sure your o2 sensor or bung is accessible and removable. Especially the FD's with stock twins, those things are sometimes a pita to take off as they seize up.

It seems to be very common with our rotary friends. Pinching time every time haha.

I just need to weld my exhaust and wire up the fuel pump and I should be ready.

I install my own wideband regardless if the car has one already or not. I don't trust other peoples widebands haha.

The one at the bottom is from an aftermarket downpipe I assume. The bottom one would be a lot easier to remove/install then the top one if you have it.

I'm running stock dp, so bottom O2 sensor at the cat will be fine?

Just wondering if we have any dyno time booked for sunday now because it is not likely that we will all make it on the Dyno Saturday. Also how much time does thewird have before his flight on sunday?

We do have the dyno for Sunday. Marco fly`s out at 6:45pm. Should be lots of time to tune the 7 of us. The dyno operator said he doesn`t mind staying late Saturday, as long as Marco can keep it going.

I wouldn't say there is lots of time, I would say there is just enough time if things go smoothly lol.

I for one would be very impressed if marco gets all of us tuned this weekend. I'm sure he can but to put it in prospective, I have been two years with my car and still don't have it tuned right haha. So 7 cars in less then 2 full days is outstanding! This could even be some kind of record or at least a personal best.

I was stoked but am a little nervous now. I changed out my IAT for a fast reacting one and my fuel pressure is now reading higher at idle and low rpm's for some reason.
