Calgary forecast today, 17C and sunny...
And here's what we actually are getting...
So lest you folks down east think you have the exclusive franchise on everlasting winter
The snow started around 6:30 this morning, and was coming down at about an inch every 20 minutes (I know, because by the time I shovelled off the front step and walks and brushed the wife's car, I already had to shovel it all again).

It was 17, sunny and gorgeous here yesterday!
And the day before that, in the sun on my back deck, the thermometer read 20.
It's definitely spring on the east coast!

We've actually been having decent spring weather here - but today was the first day in a while it was forecast to be warm enough for shorts... so much for that. The updated forecast is still to get to 7C today, with the snow turning to rain this afternoon, and 13 tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath right now.
