Buffing anyone?
Buffing anyone?
Hey guys, just seeing if there was anyone interested in getting their car buffed. I recently learned from my grandpa who used to buff professionally, for dealerships and show cars and such. Anyway, my starting price is $200/car, assuming there's no scratch removal required. Let me know what you think, and if you're interested.
Here are pics of an Acura TL A-spec I did, wish I had taken before pics, as the car used to look yellowish, and I removed a lot of scratches. And then there are a couple pics of a G35 coupe I did. Once again, I'm horrible at forgetting to take before/after pics, lol.
I'm in the GTA generally, and also London on some weekends.

It's hard to tell from the pics what was done. Can't really substitute for the naked eye.
Regardless, learning this technique is really good.
I had my car detailed last year. And after the winter, it's back to being scratched up.
What I've learned, as long as you keep up with the cleaning and the waxing, you can minimize the scratches and swirls. You'll never get it 100%, but at least you'll get it to about 75-80%.
The car will always encounter unforseen circumstances whenever you drive it.
I think detailing is best done to cars that rarely see the roads.
Ive washed and waxed my FD for about 13yrs now. And her paint looks great for being a 17yrs old. Never detailed it.
