I don't have any beer, and this year I think we will be staying at Brians house, I have an unwanted guest living with me...
And Brian, I think I will be stopping by the house Friday, but likely Saturday for sure.

Don't worry fellas, there'll be beer - after the cruise of course.
Nismo, Friday would be awesome. I'm free on Saturday but only until 2pm - family reunion / birthday party.

I refuse to deal with police ****. My cruises will be at the track from now on
Dude that is lame.
So, you're only gonna drive your RX-7 from the garage to the track and back, every few weeks.
Yes, cops are bad, but you can't let the law dictate your whole existance!

We will keep them busy else where, we'll just get Bill drunk and leave him downtown everywhere, that will keep them busy, like Brian said there shouldn't be too much issue with police, a small cruise like this is easier to keep together. I'll be heading over to Brians after work today to finalize things.
Brian if you read this I will likely be there around 430ish.

I'm getting my fresh engine put in this weekend and should be all back up and running after my incident. I made it out 2 years ago and it was a good scenery. But definatly booking it off work ... oh and i voted for the 18-20.
I'll talk to Martin ... he might not in his car but I'll see if he wants to cruise along too.

Three years ago I was hitting 230km down straights at the ottawa meet just to try and keep up just to not pass like an *** in a double line lane cutting by min vans filled with kids while the father is calling the cops!!
Its also if any cop pulls me over and looks at my roll bar and engine bay I am done no?

I missed your post. I still drive the car. Its just I now choose not to go to far above the speed limit on the street. If the rest of the guys go to much over it I will not participate and then be left behind. If this is the case I would rather just sit in someone else car.

Around here the cops aren't too bad, just don't give them a reason to mess with you, and you are fine, helps if you know a few of them too

If you plan on coming let us know so Brian and I can make arrangements for beverages
, and food, we also need to know how many people are coming to make a reservation for lunch on the cruise day. So if you are bringing a significant other it would be good to know that too!
Take care!
Kevin

Well we won't hit those speeds, it will be spirited, but not that bad, just relax and have a nice fun drive! Acceleration is more fun then top speed anyways.

Actually, I was wondering if we should be taking turns having people tail you Nismo...just to catch the parts that let go due to rust whenever you hit boost.
I have officially made arrangements to kick out my family for that weekend and I'll be buying two more air conditioners to cut down on the chance of Nismo spooning people in the bedroom with air.
I also have the new big *** BBQ that I got for Father's Day. So I was thinking steaks and beer.

As for the spooning your just tired of not being the big spoon so you want a chance to "trade up"

And if you are buying steaks I'll take a 20oz Black Angus.
