I can bring a queen size air mattress (one of the few ever made that doesn't leak), just in case, and let me know how much I owe. I'll get it to you as soon as I can. My gf is most likely coming with, just so everyone knows. But that won't effect anything but food.

I am going to call in 20 minutes and I'll find out.

looking closer at the pictures it looks to have 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, 3 queens and 2 doubles. There's also a massive couch. Noone is going to be sleeping on the floor, worst case is someone is sleeping a couple hours on a couch...

i'll just bring my sleeping bag, i'm a tall bastard so floor/couch would probably fit me better then most beds

As far as how much to pay, Ian paypal'd $110 which is the total divided by 6.

My address and email are posted above, or PM me and i'll send it to you.

OK thats certainly a reasonable amount, for a weekend. Money is tight right now, Christmas and slow work week(s), but as soon as I have it, you'll have it or I'll be sleeping outside

Schools important.. But if you plan ahead and get everything caught up, you could make it When I was in college, I had to miss quite a bit of classes because I was in Varsity sport.. and key was to catch everything up in advance..

Anyhow, We are now 1 short of 50 registration.. and 1 week away from 1st round of registration..

I'm waiting for an insurance refund cheque to come in, then I'll be registered. Do I absolutly have to register a possible guest with me, or can I just pay for the extra food and whatnot when I get there?

Its upto you when you register.. But your guest need to register.

I'm trying to make things easier by making everything included.. So, you don't have to worry about going somewhere for dinner and missing out on the gathering..

Longer you wait to register, the cost will go up.. Until end of this month, I'm making nothing.. but starting New year, cost will go up and continue to go up as time gets near.

One reason is because I would have to guesstimate and put my own money in for printing shirts and for the food. I have guesstimated figure of people and also a limitation to number of registered attendees.. When thats exceeded, I would have to stop accepting registration (Max 300 people). Earlier people sign up, it helps me and also they benefit... hence super low registration fee and deep discounted rate at the lodge..

I'm actually driving to within about 30 miles of the gap tonight, unforutnatly I'll be passing by in the dark and I'm in a semi, so I don't think I'll be doing much exploring.

that video is old, but awesome.

and yeah, I have a trailer full of produce, so, umm, not going to do any drifting.

the roads around there are AWESOME.

we need to take US-25 down, as it winds along the bottom of the valley and crosses I-75 about 30 times.
