Threads are not only suppose to be entertaining but also informative. That being said, someone had to point out that you did it the wrong way so that other people dont spend time and money copying what you did just to find out that the end result will not last. I do not understand the point of making a thread so people can watch you cut corners...

And I saw nothing that supports your claim that iani1.1 is being an internet gangster, people on this forum are relatively quick to start flaming others but that does not mean they are wrong.

[QUOTE=Primos003;10681929]Threads are not only suppose to be entertaining but also informative. no one has to copy what i did...im not doing this for other people to copy and it sure isnt going to cost me any money what 97 cents oh wow...what i do to my car is on my own accord not for someone to copy like i stated if you dont like what im doing go start your own thread on it....besides if it dont last oh the hell well ill wrap it in carbon its no big deal...its a drift car not an every day driver so it dont matter what i do to the dash board i may not even run a dash when i put my roll cage in so who cares if i did it that way if someone copies its on their own accord not mine....now back to my regular scheduled program
was at the shop today doing some wiring on a car so i didnt have time work on my car today but i will update later this week

LOL seriously? still sounds retarded as ****. "drifters" dont use **** paint from home depot to paint their dash. the **** you used from home depot drys like a hard shell compared to the real vinyl paint which dyes the material not just coat it. also if you are gonna use the car to drift, the paint WILL crack cause of body flex and what not. also a full interior in drift cars is like the new black to goths. rolling without a dash is just nonsense. i know its your thread or whatever but dude, your just ****** up...

on a side note, drift cars are suppose to be show cars with power to back it up while going sideways and a bitch at the passenger seat giving you road head. in short youre doing it wrong...

wow i have been busting my butt trying to find parts and things i need to do a battery relocation and jus learned that i dont need 90 % of the things im looking for...(man its good to be close to people that are in the professional race industry) all i needed was the wire the battery connectors and thats it.....the easiest way to do a battery relocation without all the fuses and things of that nature is to run your wire from the battery to the starter and from the starter to your main fuse...you can remove the power battery cable all together and the ground just cut it where it meets at the ground point.....and there is your battery relocation....pics will be up shortly

Are you using a 200A breaker (or equivalent) near your relocated battery?

i used the walmart bed liner spray on my dash. there's one version with the "grit" and the other version (which i used) that is just a rubberish paint.
i'd redo the dash too man. you'll hate the gloss in the day time...

Just looking out for you, man.

speaking of battery relocations, i used 2 150A breakers. one right after the batter (within 1') and one in the engine bay. so far no problems cranking, fans coming on, raising or lowering the vert top, but i also used 0awg wiring with gold spade terminals

Stock fuse box protects your wiring, but it does nothing to protect the 10+ feet of positive battery cable running through your car. That fuse is downstream from the source, so any shorts upstream of that (the length that runs through your car) will not blow that fuse, and the wire will still be hot, melting/burning everything in contact along its length. I've seen simililary wired car audio equipment burn cars down just because the fuse was incorrectly placed.
