Time to freshin up 88 Turbo Vert

I really like reading through and viewing all the sick builds on the forum so I thought I would share. I currently am going back into my 88 vert after putting a frakinstine built 89 NA motor with 93 FD internals running a T3T4 turbo and Mictrotech 10s. All of which is for sale. Anyways after about 7 years with this setup it just time to really put this car to the test and put a sweet bridge port with a big turbo and see what happens. Here are some progress picks to current.

New JDM 89Turbo motor from JDM Imports, motor had great compression, should be a good candidate for my build.

And this is current progress to date. I figure the old setup will be coming out shortly so if anyone is interested in a full FC turbo setup I have an extra. I will be posting that in the FS section not to cutter my already long winded thread, I promise I will figure out how to add more then one pic at a time.

We will see this should be very interesting when I'm done. I hope to not have to go back into it for at least 5 more years this time around.

No new updates works been crazy lately, I am trying to decide currently what turbo and injector size that I will be running. Hope I can get back I the garage this weekend. Updates soon. On a side note my buddy from the north with his 8 that has a REW swap got some well needed 2step & launch tune this weekend. Check out this build.

It's been awhile since I have had a chance to post an update, but the build is going better then ever and a buddy of mine and I now have a great 5,000 square foot shop to work on our projects and the best part is, it's heated. Keep an eye on this thread over the next 2 months as this Vert will really start to take shape

New rims and tires. Waiting on suspension being built from D2 Drag series. Still a little to tall in the rear.

I don't know why but my favorite part about building a engine is filing down side seals
