It came like that when I got the car, haven't come across a cleaner one at the junkyard yet.

205/50/16 front
225/45/16 rear

The pulley came from Japan2la, its made for the fd but fits perfectly on the ford taurus alternator.

Its an older buddy club seat that came out of my buddies parted out s14. He's a skinny dude and couldn't find any buyers skinny enough to fit it so he sold it to me for dirt cheap.

I first tried using duplicolor black fabric paint but it faded after 4 months. Hopefully going to try and dye it black.

All good, I'm sure something local will pop up.

That fd alternator was too much to deal with, especially going to car meets and having to get out of there before my car died. I didn't want to seem like 'ricer' and rev my car to 6k to turn on the the alternator haha. So far the taurus alternator seems to be working fine, I'll see for sure when I start putting real miles on it.

Got a free a/c fan for my s2k radiator, came off of my other buddies s2k so it bolted right up and seems to be pushing enough to keep the car cool. Also remembered that there is no thermostat in the car, picking one up tomorrow and see how my car cools. According to my temp gauge the car is running wayyy too cold.

Haha yea im dealing with heat or headlights, apparently both is not an option with the fd alternator. Did you modify the bracket or grind the ear off the Taurus alternator?
For your temp guage where is it staying at? mine has never crossed 1/4.

I went the easier route and just grinder down the ear. As for my temps the needle doesn't even rise above the cold mark. I know it's supposed to be at 1/4 so hopefully I can get it there today. Even after driving for a while it still doesn't rise.

Get an aftermarket temp gauge. Don't bother with the stocker.

Good job on the build. I'm gonna be gearing up for another FC build soon.

Only a 5mm on the front to clear the brakes. Also primos003 highlighted it in red.

For sure, atleast right now I feel comfortable trusting it, maybe trusting it too much. Looking around for a temp gauge as we speak. And thanks man, will definitely chime in when you get that build going.

Winner! Thanks for clearing that up.

The water neck bolt snapped while pulling it out, tried so many ways to get it out. Ended up drilling through it and running another bolt. Such a nice way to waste 3hrs and not finish installing my thermostat. Tomorrow again!

I hope you don't have the crapy plastic neck. Also it's always the small stuff that turns in to the biggest pain in the ***.

Replace the bolts with studs and that problem goes away forever.

Nope, thankfully don't have that plastic water neck, i've seen how bad those can get.

Taken note of. I just drilled it through and ran a bolt and nut for now. Need to find a screw tap so I can run studs, but the car needs to be running so I did what I did.

Finished throwing in the tstat today, let the car idle for 15min and no overheating or anything. Car runs so much smoother when car is up to temperature.

Stocker gauge approves...

Had my buddy snap a pic of my engine bay. Relocated coolant bottle and battery since last update.
