87 fc n/a pulled from the woods

oh jeez. ok so i spent the last 3 months dealing with this thing. i bought it for 650 in long island, new york. i'm the 2nd owner and i got it bone stock. last time it was driven was in 2000. the brakes were siezed, tires flat, after 3 hours i had it on the trailer.

walbro 255

did some regular procedures to get the motor going. tune up, trans fluid in the housings etc. did trans, diff fluid, all that crap.

some pretty shitty fuel and brake lines i repaired.

godspeed coilovers and re painted. didn't like the color so i re did it another olive drab

wheels rubbed coils so...

all about it

needs 1" spacers rear. don't mind the quarter damage

re-did brake master, rear calipers (fronts are good thank god) clutch master and slave and some brake lines. stops like a champ. clutch is still ok.

buzzer delete

interior in the works.

welp...that's where i'm at. i need help i need rotary friends. i bought this car because i've always wanted one and got it in just the right condition to not feel bad about "modifying" it. car drives great, even drifted it a few times. i just need advice here and there til i get the hang of this car. like how to get it to be budget friendly and drift ready. gonna do a roll cage this week and install my rci 4 point harness. if you think it's too slow for the mods you just don't get it. move on. <3

I like it, i'm guessing you will be upgrading the engine later down the line? in any case a cage and 4 point harness are never wrong.

yes of course. this is my first drift car so i want to learn the right way. first gear messing around for a few months, then i'll take it from there with the motor so i can work my way into second gear clutch kicks at slightly higher speeds and not worry about understeer because of low hp. it's good for now plus i needed a daily driver. this is ****.

Oh, just some friendly input, you may want to take out as much of the tree **** and leaves from those nooks and crannies. That's how my bucket ended up with a nice rust hole.
