Wow, that is really low. Are you using roll centre adjusters or just holdin on real tight?

I am doing the TII brake upgrade. I've been doing some searching but other than regular open ended lugs there isn't much available with a 45 degree taper. I would prefer a locking lug or spline drive like the McGards I have, simply because since my car got keyed years ago I just don't trust people to leave my car alone. Also would like a touch of style, I don't want to half *** it.

I do have RCA's however when i made the new struts and lowered it that extra bit i still do have a bit of bump steer. as silly as it may sound the ride quality of my front suspension since making the struts is really good. quite smooth.

as for lugs. i was searching and found these guys. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ARE-W1015H/ they aren't the niecest but would look decent. if you you are going to the 5x4.5 are you still 12x1.5 thread or 14x1.5?

The brake upgrade uses the TII hubs so they stay 12x1.5. I'll keep looking, I have some things to do before I even order the wheels so I have time.

hey man
curious question
why did u do all the work of getting supra struts and cutting them and fixing them to use in ur fb knuckle
why didnt u just fix the originals? like cut an inch or wtv off the top and just bore the center for the konis to fit?

if i were to bore the stock tubes i wouldn't have had a tool long enough to do it and the wall thickness of the tube would too thin and break.

The car looks so good! What model of the diamond racing wheels did you get I know they have a bunch of different styles even tho they all look the same. And whats the back spacing on them?

Thanks

i'm going with a 325 tire which is 12in wide and putting them on a 14in wide rim... they will be stretched to thin out the tire so i can lower the car.

Better be careful on the stretch. I've seen some people run tires that should fit on a 8in wide wheel And put it on a 10.5in wide Wheel. Didn't last long till the tires were showing threads. But with your wide body you shouldnt have a problem with fenders rubbing on them

the 325 on a 14 will work fine as long as the profile isn't a 20 or something really small. something like a 45 or 50 profile will give you more than enough sidewall.

Alright guys,

I've been trying to collect parts for my upcoming mods for this season. I don't have any pictures yet but here is what i have collected.

-A stock nikki
-12at exhaust manifold
-12at intake manifold
-12at HT18S-BM turbo
-12at downpipe
-gsl-se backing plates
-nikki rebuild kit

I'm starting the nikki rebuild soon. it needs a good cleaning. This is all that i have acquired so far. lots more to come and i'll try to get some pictures of the parts and progress as i go.

Did you remove the side molding yourself or was it done when you got the car? If you did it how did you go about it? I'm tempted to try it but don't want to ruin the paint.
