The grpB side skirts i made my self of a original GrpB rx7..


I have been a mechanic on a original mazda factory GrpB rx7 for several years, and also have the acess to all the GrpB parts for this car.
Which means that I've got the molds for the whole GrpB body.

 

Oh I see, would you ever sell a replica of the mold?

 

Hehe, that is a easy answer on that one..

I'd like to keep them for my self only.

 

And that's why they would be hard for someone like myself to get .

Got 5 hours in the workshop today as well, starting to look like something that fits to the car now.

Started on the last finishing touches now before I'm gonna paint it and make a mold out of the bumper.

Might comming up with some more pics tomorrow..

First a mold of Fiberglass, then you will see some more CF.

A picture from todays work, the bumper is now painted, and just have to dry before I'll start making a mold of it.

 

Are you going to use a one-piece or two-piece mold?

 

Going to use a two piece mold, so i can get the edges on the backside as well

But gonna have some position lights in the small openings in the front of the bumper.

 

Maked the mold today, just wait for tomorrow to take the thing appart again.
