Well I haven't updated this in a very long time lol. The RX7 got ignored basically most of the summer. I moved into a nicer apartment, bought a new car a 2008 Mazda 3 GT, its an awesome DD. Work was insane last summer! Unforunately I was too busy spending money on other things, working a lot, working saturdays, generally too tired to work on it.
I have received an amazing job offer actually at a previous employer, way better schedule, hours and pay. I've gone over the list for the car and its pretty short now only need a clutch kit to drop the engine and trans in. I start my new job soon and should be able to get this thing done by the start of summer! I hope.

Here is the engine for the car. I plan on completing the turbo swap later. For now I'm going to drive it NA with a Holley 4160 650 vac sec carb. Its being rebuilt I've got 4150 centre float bowls, converted secondary side to metering block, jet extensions, not sure about jets yet, nitrophyl floats. Be good for racing and autocross.
S4 Irons, massive streetport, pineapple exhaust porting, s5 TII rotors 9.0:1, racing beat tII holley manifold, fidanza aluminum flywheel, f1 stage 2 clutch, racing beat underdrive pulley
And here it is in the car, currently running on ford 15x7 wheels. I dont like them and ill be getting some steel racing wheels.

12a front cover, 12a front mount slotted for 13b, fb dizzy, gonna be running FC coils, with MSD Ignition when I buy it all.
Transmission is an s5 TII one. S5 mount welded to stock fb mount, gsl lsd diff.
Suspension: Energy suspension bushings all around, kyb rear shocks, fronts are tokico blues, eibach springs, poly watts link bushings, re speed strut bar, re speed bumper mounts
Brakes: Re speed big brake kit, TII 4pots up front, TII single piston in the rear. Probably gonna get a larger bore master and booster. Stainless braided lines

Updates! I've had lots of time to work on the car as work has been slow over the christmas holidays. Heres what I've done.
