cant find an oil pan gasket

cant find an oil pan gasket

doing a 12a 13b engine swap on a 85 got the enging out of an 86 so i got an 86 oil pan gasket and it dose not work because of the frount cover so looking for a 85 13b oil pan gasket and comming up empty and one that can help that would be nice thanks

Good. Don't use one. Use silicont rtv sealant. I'm 2 for 2 with oem gaskets and oil leaks. They don't work. I'm also 2 for 2 with silicone sealant and zero oil leaks.....

the factory uses sealant, so you should too. the part number for the mazda stuff is 8527-77-739, hondabond, or toyotabond works well too, shoot even ford has a tube of the mazda stuff with a motorcraft label

If you really want a gasket I've got a used one in good shape I'd give you for the cost of shipping and a box.

I always use the gaskets, and they always go in 'wet' (with RTV or sealer.) Never had a leak.
