83 GSL is BACK ready to be built

Hey everyone i have not put any updates on my blue body kitted rx7 in along time just commented and asking questions about doing a 13b REW swap

but for the past years there has been some stuff going on in my life that kinda screwed me up and screwed alot of things. well i started doing some dumb stuff like modding my daily driver a 1996 Honda Civic SI (Canadian or in the USA it would be the EX)

like alot of mods here are some pics of it

first got it.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

paint and bodykit i never put on the side's and lowered

now how it sits with 2000 honda civic front new rims hoping to paint soon because i dont want to drive it in primer in the winter so i am painting it blue

ok thats enuff of my civic i was pissed and dont know why but i was having hard times in life and that was a way of dealing with it but i should of spent the money in the rx7 but dont know. but i lost my job last year and now i start a new job on the 17 this month making more money and knowing i will allways work 40 hours a week. well here is where you all seen my rx7 last time

well if some of you have me on facebook you know what happon today

well i took off the bodykit and keeping it off. i am keeping the shaved sides and side markers going with a CLean JDM look and now that i am working i am going to do engine 13b REW twin turbo going to go all out make this fast as hell i want to beat mustangs and camaros and drift lol (track only)

here are some pics of what i have done so far

well its a start i am going to repaint it blue and i am not going to keep the hood scoop i want a carbon fiber hood that they do make and i am keeping the light scoop i think its sexy looking

but i think i am going to keep the rims on it but i want to see what my rims on my civic look like on it because of the offset is for a RWD 35+

Thank you very much for destroying that kit. Definitely a step in the right direction!

Good luck with the rebuild!

well no real updates right now its back out side because i am painting the honda civic before winter so i can sell it. but then the rx7 is going back in. i need a few parts i need front fenders and front and rear bumper shocks so i can bolt on the bumpers.

bad news. the job did not work out. so i am going to wait on the 13B REW swap and maybe try and get my 12a running right and drive her like that and save up over summer on the engine swap

well i painted the honda and hear what the rx7 look's outside

i tryed on my civic rims before i traded them for a set of GSR rims and look at my wheel gap

tire poke

the rims are 15x7 with 175/55R15 from a smart car lol

well this what the civic looks like with the rims on it. but now i dont have the eye lids.

now it looks like and going to stay like besides the gsr rims and lowered. yes that is the same blue as the mazda
