I have a question regarding fitting your rear draglites. You commented on another thread that you believe the rear is a 4x108, I was interested in this as I have a set of Foxbody Mustang wheels. Today I tried to put them on my FB I was able to (hand tight) get 3 of them on but as expected the fourth was off by about 1/8. I noticed that when you had your wheels on you had only two lug studs on as well. I am going to do my lug stud conversion soon and I will try the wheels again. How do they fit for you? Great build by the way.

Bought a 130amp alternator upgrade for my 82. Took it apart and painted it......and installed the new black suede steering wheel with new NRG hub.

It's been a while.

Hi guys. It's been a while. Let me tell you what has happened since last April.

Last April I sold my girl because I had to move back to Puerto Rico. I moved back to take care of my mom and dad.....they are in great health but there are up there in years....

Started working and looking for another RX-7.... well.....here in Puerto Rico the rotary cult it's huge and because of that you can't find an rx7 in less than 10k.... If you want a nice one you are looking over 15k and up.

So. I made a decision and bought this....

It's a 1985 Toyota Corolla 1.6. all factory except the brand new VMS wheels.

I know you are going to give me fried about it but figuring I can't afford another RX-7 here I got this and I already talked to a mechanic friend of mine and we are starting to look for a new heart.....it will be going to swapped to a n/a 13b with all the trimmings......

I won't close my account but I will be around....and as soon as I can get it done I'll will show you.....

Thanks for all the help throu the years......

While it is a shame you couldn't get the rx7 you wanted, that Corolla is clean! A N/A 13b would be the perfect swap. Are engine parts and builds also more expensive in Puerto Rico?

The RX-7 themselves are expensive. I think I can get a rotary n/a swap installed on this car for around 5k....that's with everything......
