Doing some checks the E wanted me to do.. Found one of my trailing coils shot... Ordered...

Had coolant nipple capped on rear iron.. Retorted to feed turbo and removed old T from back of water pump.... Lower rad hose kinked a bit. Found a random one from work and cut to fit made boost leak tester and almost ready to test it... Menards plumbing section

Boost leaks in quite a few places. Fixed them... Oil pan was leaking again... Tried ultra grey this time... Put on a bead, tightened slowly till is started to squeeze out. Let it dry over night. Torqued it down. let it dry another day then filled it. This is like the 3rd try Hope it works... Also found this

If the ultra gray doesn't work out, try the right stuff. I had a leak in my oil pan that I initially tried ultra gray which I had to redo with right stuff, no more leak.

. Will try that next if it still leaks.. Thanks!! I think the key for me is to minimize fuel in the oil...

Look at this diaphragm after about 3k miles.. I'm thinking fuel in the exhaust/ possibly vacuum lines might have gotten to it and slowly eaten it

Took my car to Dyno for Elliot to tune.. Had a stinking fuel leak on top of the tank(((. Couldn't tune...

Oh well. Back to the more important things in life... I probably won't be doing to much on the car for a while... It's all good though... Because... Family First

Congratulations on the new addition to your family! Great build so far, really inspiring stuff. One question, what did you do with the carb and one piece manifold from your original blowthrough attempt?

Congrats on the new addition to the family my dude! And might I say, this build has given me an auto-boner in the most hetero way. Good to see a fellow Wisco'n showin' rotary love. If you make it over the Green Bay area hit me up, I'd love to see it in person.

Been trying to tune my car a little bit by myself.. I got it running better and it super rich all across the board, with one exception, when I punch the throttle or even moderately quickly push the throttle.. It goes WAYYY lean for a second then rich again.. I've been slowly taking fuel out of it.. It's pretty insane fast but I have to have the throttle in a "sweet spot" If I have it completely floored it mins out my wideband at 10. But if I let off a bit it stays at 10 bit pulls HARD... I had what I think is a 1000 cc rocket riding my butt, so after my turn off from 15-120mph I pulled away from him..... I just don't know enough about tuning.. Might just give up till next year

To fix the lean out during throttle open you want to add more throttle pump or accelerator enrichment.

congrats on the new arrival! if you're anything like me, the project will sit for a little bit while you help take care of the family (not a bad thing).

Even with the throttle pumps all Maxxed it's still terribly lean. I will admit I've never tuned anything besides a carb and don't really know what I'm doing

So throttle pump will say enrich X % over Y time. It's a balance between the two.

Can you take a screenshot of that tuning page? When I get home I can take a peek at what I've got, pulled from Aaron Cake's megasquirt write up

Can anyone give me advice on tuning the map or where I should set my staging for my secondaries?? I try to smooth and lean out my maps because I'm rich rich rich everywhere but when I do it seems like it won't stay running when I give it gas.. Even with very very slow accel and take offs .. Hope my throttle body isn't too much CFM...

Well these are for a MegaSquirt, but here's the table from Aaron's base map (suitable for turbo). Here the map is showing the secondary injector duty.

Sorry for the ignorance but I'm not too sure that I know how to make anything of that.. For E6k it's all bar graphs... And I have 725 and 2200cc injectors..
