it works on movement , the sensor has invisible waves of lines and if you brake them (by movement) they activate a relay via some other electrical parts
On the carbon fiber it work a bit different the carbon fiber absorbes the waves/lines so the whole headlight unit it touchable

yes too long it almost made me go crazy :p

This is one beautiful car. The amount of work you've put into it is crazy. Came out really nice.

Question - what is the "gauge" you've installed on the driver's side, where the mirror adjustment usually goes?

I am also assuming you are going to install some fender liners or mesh in the front wheels so that beautiful engine bay doesn't get messed up with dirt?

I love this car

Thank you
the gauge in the doorpanel is just a Voltage meter that was around here so i put in because i don't have electric mirrors.
yes i had made inner fenders in fiberglas but i can't use them because my tyre is rubbing them so i have to adjust them a lott or make something different in Carbon fiber ( my new occupation for the moment :p)

it's from an accident from when i was 16 (12 years ago) and they told me it was something that came with birth, natural cause. so the pain should have been something else. but tru the years i had a lott of pain and while working on the car i forced myself (1.5 years ago) while putting the tranny in and caused a prolapse in my lower back. i tried to strech it as long as possible so i could get the car on the road but i lost feeling in my legs twice so the surgery became an urgent thing to do.

thx Ellamoto btw how is your project coming along ?
