finally started but seems to be oil and water leaking into the downpipe so something went wrong with the turbo

Don't automatically think its the turbo. pull the manifold off and see if there is oil in the front and rear rotor housings first. Pull the EGR fuse and crank the motor over... Leave your plugs in as not to shoot oil everywhere if it is your motor.

i removed the manifold and did not see oil in manifold or rotor housings. i did have 1 brown and 1 black color in the rotor housings but i have to check the spark plugs also
if i crank the engine will there not come oil out of the oil line that provides the turbo of oil ? and if i crank , with the key then ? or just put +12v on the starter

you might want to plug the turbo oil feed line. But if there isn't oil in your rotor housings.. then you should actually be pretty relieved. I'd much rather replace a turbo than a motor. Also, your plugs would have oil on them as aswell if it was coming from your motor. I've heard of some turbo's being bad right out of the box. Just sucks it was you this that recieved one of them.

i'll take some pictures from the exhaust ports.
also filled the turbo with oil and plugged both holes. gues what. it is dripping oil on both sides.
they asked me if i still had my pcv valve (i do have it) but what does this have to do with my turbo ??

give Jason at RX7store a call, i know with turbos he most likely drop ships, so i would contact your turbo maker and they should take care of you. BTW project is looking great.

If it's not under warranty i'd be surprised.. and if they don't fix it... don't go through them if you have to pay. But i'm sure if you got it from a-spec.. they'll take care of you. I've only ever heard of great customer service from them. And although i've never gone through them.. the one time I talked to sean about turbo's he was an awesome guy and really informative!! Good to see no oil in the motor itself!! woot!! thats good news!!
