@Donthitme - i haven't been able to install them yet because they are painted black from the dealership. I want to get them painted Montego Blue first along with the new Fender Vent I purchased.
So I will keep you posted once I finish that task.

Changing the hinges can be a pain. I took a door off a roller to get at the harness and put it back on with no regard to alignment and even that was a pain. You'll need someone to hold the door while you bolt it back up and I can't imagine what kind of alignment issues it will create.
If you give it a go, hats off to your dedication to detail

@TomU thanks my man.
So I got the car running good. No issues and everything works. No bucking, no rocking at idle speed cruising etc. couldn't be happier. But wait, I can.
So I tried working the boost maps on the PFC and no matter what KG/cm I put in (when installed the base map started at .90) I could only boost up to .53 KG/Cm redline in 3rd gear. I didn't see any other numbers higher then that.
Primary is at .75kg/cm with a 41%duty
Secondary is at .75kg/cm with at 48% duty
It's tough figuring this out. All vacuum lines were replaced under the UIM, every solenoid replaced under the UIM, replaced both stock BOV, replaced most 3inch hoses with silicone. I replaced most clamps with T-bolt clamps. (Just ordered 7 more to have every clamp replaced)
Can't figure why I am not boosting .7kg/cm

Did you re-plumb your boost control solenoids that you just bought or leave them like pettit did? Cause it sounds like they piped your WG actuators right to the monitors without using the solenoids. And, .5bar is roughly stock WG spring.
Other spitballing: boost leak, clogged cat, sticky/worn WG actuator.
You might try a cheap MBC and see if you can impact the boost.
We need arghx and daleclark to pop in on this issue

If your solenoids are plugged in and they are plumbed like factory, then you should be set to go.
You said Pettit did your vacuum job. If they unplugged your solenoids and capped the hardlines, I'm willing to bet they removed the pills in the lines for the waste gate and pre control as well. This will also result in a lower boost pressure. The pills are small orifices placed in the vacuum line between the compressor cover and the wastegate/pre control actuator. These slow the flow of air to the actuators to delay the opening. Prehistoric boost controllers if you will :P. If your pills are missing, I believe you can order the OEM vacuum lines with them installed, hit up some forum members for some (Fritz has a ton I bet :P), or I've also heard of using carb jets as replacements.

The pills are in the attached circled two uncolored hoses off the wastegate and turbo pre-control actuators. If they are silicone, they probably don't have the pills. I wouldn't mess with carb jets. You can get OEM for around $55. PN should be N3A1-13-ZLY

Thanks MRmatt3465 and TomU. I'll check those hoses out and look inside. I just read a couple threads on the restrictor pills.

Drove around Lake Wales Yesterday because we had an appointment at Bok Tower Gardens where we are considering to host our Ceremony and Reception.

I removed the pill hoses and had a few questions.
Are both hoses supposed too have the pill in there? Because only one of the hoses that I removed had one. The other did not. To be specific, the top hose or smaller hose did not have the pill in it while the longer hose or bottom did have a pill.
They both look original seen here and I did order a new set with new clamps.

I can blow in the longer hose with some resistance from both sides.
I can blow through the smaller hose with 0 resistance from both sides.

Both should have pills. Those do not look like original hoses, though.
If you're using the factory boost control solenoid, you have to have pills. Aftermarket boost controller doesn't need them.

Okay so installed the new pill hoses and that didn't remedy the boost. I am boosting 7-6-7 sometimes 8psi.
I'm doing a boost leak test tomorrow. What do you guys think?
I tried on the PFC boost adjustment and plugged in .65% and 56% duty

Factory plastic Elbow or Factory plastic endtanks on the intercooler is leaking under boost, its why you can get to a certain boost PSI and not higher no matter the WG duty cycle but you can adjust the boost to be lower. Told you this from day uno... cant wait for the banana photos birthday boy
I might've missed it, but did you test/replace all the solenoid and vacuum hose? Check your LIM gasket? My car had the same issue when I first bought it, it would only boost 8-7-8. I tear it down to bare block to replace all the gasket/solenoid/hose and simplified it, during the process I found a broken stud on the LIM that caused a boost leak. Put it all back together and it boost 12-10-12, I do have a PRofec B to control boost, but that shouldn't be your problem since you got new solenoids.

This is what caused my so-called leak...
Actuator arm had fallen off
Untitled by Gerald Mugar, on Flickr
So now i can boost .73bar all day like I want to but it doesn't just come that easy.
The secondary is boosting .4? bar now and I need to find out why.

Both are connected. I was wrong, its the secondary turbo actuator that was disconnected correct?
