Well, like usual I changed my mind and am changing up a few things on the FD so that will take up most of my time this winter.
Here is a list of what I plan to complete before DGRR.
1. Wire tuck
2. New engine harness (on order from C. ludwig)
3. Surge tank for fuel
4. Fuel cooler
5. Make new fuel lines from front to rear of car.
6. Install Haltech flex fuel sensor.
Possibly integrate the IQ3 into the dash completely removing the factory one and a custom UIM.
A couple details about the engine harness. I will be adding fuel pressure, oil pressure, oil temp, trans temp, and rear diff temp. All of these will be inputs into the Haltech, and with the exception of the trans and rear temps, will all be monitored by the Haltech incase of a failure. All of those inputs will be displayed on my Racepak dash and logged.
I am also adding the Haltech flex fuel sensor, this will allow for true 3d mapping of Fuel, Ignition, and boost trims according to the ethanol content of the fuel, all done in real time, automatically (if tuned correctly).
The fuel lines will be 321 stainless and I plan to find a source for long straight lengths and bend hardlines just like the factory lines, just a larger diameter.
Before you go down the wiring path, have you had a look at using a CAN wiring network ?
EG ISIS system, motec, Racepack etc ? some i'm guessing would be intergratable into the Haltech as well and your dash. ?

I have thought about the Smartwire system however I do not need too many circuits inorder for me to justify the cost of it.
I plan to replace the fuse/relay boxes with something smaller/ more compact inorder to make space for me to mount it by the driver kick panel.
Plus, time constraints. This car needs to be driving by April again.

Making progress
I started removing the front body harness and also removed all of the un needed wires form my spare harness. I am currently looking for a clean solution to move and consolidate the three relay/fuse boxes into something smaller.
All of those wires are removed form the spare front harness I had. I even removed the fan wiring as my haltech harness will contriol them from now on. The Datalink connecter was also deep sixed as well.

This is the spare harness unwraped and with approximately 33 wires removed from it.

This is what my interior looks like.

I started figuring out how I want to mount the racepak in the stock surround. There will be a lot of cutting and fiberglassing. This is a spare cluster I had laying around. I want to keep the stock turn signal indicators and the stock warning lights at the bottom of the cluster.

John,
Racing Interior Set (Carbon Fiber) - Angry Panda Factory
Could make getting that racepak in a lot easier?
Looking good,
Brad.

It looks like a nice product but I don't think it will save me much time as I want to keep the indicator lights at the bottom of the cluster as well as the turn signal indicators. That product does not have the provisions for those things.
Thanks for the recommendation though

Thanks Josh.
Yea, John does not want to use it. He will be modifying the stock cluster and surround.
Yea, this thread needs more cowbell and less talking. Time for updates......

I removed the front body harness and the engine harness today. Please note, the prototype Sakebomb garage NUT BLOCKER.

I also recieved my new engine harness from C.ludwig today. I am super happy with its construction.

I also received this in the box.......
