I cut the piping with a 045 wheel on a grinder then filled out all the nasty ****. I'm going to buying a band saw soon tho makes it a lot easier to cut.

The biggest thing for me was getting the Turbo where I wanted it. And to make it so it didn't move at all.

Go V mount intercooler, it'll help with throttle response... And with a turbo that big, you're going to need all the help with throttle response you can get lol

Can u explain y it helps more over a normal front mount and radiator ? Cuz I am not a fan of how the v mount looks at all. And I will do into more details bout the intake manifold later tonight.when.I get on my computer

shorter tubes so less to pressurize. I think the ambient air going to both the intercooler and the radiator is the bigger plus.

Doing an electric water pump so I'll be able to keep the car at whatever temp I want. And as far as charge pipes I'm
Doing a dual back door setup so my pipes will be short anyways.

That manifold is the beat flowing manifold Mazda made. I could of gone aftermarket on that but my machinist had a 1st Gen with the same manifold and 12 injectors. His cars runs a mid 8. So I really just wanted to keep it simple if I can run the number I want with stock parts id like to.

Loving the build of this car! giving me some ideas.

As for the teal on a FD3S, this is mine with a colour called 'breeze' that is on the Ford FG series Falcons. Its quite close to the IS you posted. Should give you a rough idea.

With the elec waterpump setup, are you cutting out the existing waterpump fins or other thought?

James.
