You didn't leave the fuel diffusers in, did you? Also, if running a Power FC I'd recommend against the resistors in the injector wiring and instead installing an FJO injector driver.

Also, make sure you heat sleeve the ABS line that runs near the DP. You can unplug it in the back rear corner of the engine bay (under the ABS unit) and slide some nice DEI fire sleeve over it. It's a great idea to heat sleeve as much as you can on that side of the bay, actually.

Looking good
I didn't install the injector diffusers because I didn't think they would do anything due to the fact that the injectors are completely different, so I decided against them. Is this how you did it?

I've already got a FJO Injector Driver unit on the way. I'm also planning on doing the heat sleeving, but I'm waiting to have EVERY line installed on the car so I can do it all at once. I'm also going to use heat shield on the passenger frame rail/strut tower.

There are several ways to plumb this rail according to the directions (japanese) but I'm going to be removing the center AN fitting and installing the plug that came with the kit there. It will be going primary rail front fitting, out the rear fitting to the rear fitting on the secondary rail, then from the front of the secondary rail to the regulator.

Hi,

I have the same kit, but I am struggling to figure out the Japanese Instructions.

Do you have a pic of the injector fiited to the rail ? I have fitted the small blue collar but this is crushing the rubber grommet on the injector or do I remove this.

Also where did you source the 1600cc Injectors, the largest Injectors I could find was 1000cc without modifying the rail.

Regards,
Paul

The blue spacers takes place of the rubber cushion, remove it. I ordered RC injectors and told them I needed denso style injectors, which makes the top of the injectors slide right in, also if you go this route you don't use the blue spacers on the RC injectors because the spacers section is built onto the injector.
