Various pictures of our new car we are building

This is kind of a collection of photos of the car we are currently building.

We tasked ourselves 2 weeks to put together a car from bare shell.

This is how far we got! We would have got further if not for the fact we are still developing some of the parts!!

PS before you say...the rear arms are looking a tad as though they are on the wrong way up!

Apart from the front bumper, which we have modified, we make everything on here!

No requirements for Nascar style door bars there?

how will the car be used?

What was your reasoning for the rear Lower Control Arm?

Are those stock spindles on the rear?

Thanks.

They are speedline Mag wheels. 17x8.5 front 17x9 rear

On the wide arch car we are building we are running the Fikse Profil 5s 18x8.5 front and 18x12 rear

The cage is built to FIA spec, so is compliant to all forms of racing here in Europe. We actually fit the cages ourselves.

We are building 4 cars of varying specs.
The Yellow car is a GT35 Standard arch
The Blue car is a GT40 Standard arch
The Pink car is a GT40 wide arch
The Orange car is going to be running triple with either a GT40 or GT42 wide arch.

We are going to renting them for arrive and drives at our local circuit, as well as renting them for endurance races...hence the 110litre ATL fuel cells.

So hopefully Spa, Silverstone, Dubai, and the Nurburgring.

They are stock spindles on the rear, just painted.

The lower arms are made by us, and offer full camber control and toe control.

Do you spray customers cars too?
Mine is in need of a full re-spray in a couple of months (waiting for a few more bodyparts)

The dual exhaust actually came around because of the diffuser we were running. The knock on effect of that was in order to create the increase in pressure there wasnt enough space to run the rear tank....hence the centrally mounted fuel cell.

I wanted the exhaust encased, so that it doesnt disturb the airflow...but looked really silly with a single 4" pipe out of the back....hence the twin 5" pipes!

Yep we can do a full respray on the car, have a customers car in the shop we have done for them. When you come over you can see the quality...we have 3 cars that have all been sprayed by our man in a booth

What body parts do you need? We can make pretty much anything...carbon or GRP

I'm going the FEED route - Just need the rear arches & bonnet - The rest is allready here.
Front wings need a hole cut for side repeaters.
Rear arches need to be cut and raised (I guess its quite involved being double skinned?)
Then FEED rear arches riveted on.
Small dent pulled out near the jacking seam under the drivers door...
Various other small paint problems & tiny dents.
Then a respray

I can maybe get a quote when I bring her over (If you're not too busy)

Im assuming you made your own alternator relocation bracket? If so, you guys should really offer it as I think you would sell more of them then you might think. If you already offer it and I am just unaware I apologize.

Also what water pump are you running?

Davies craig 110

all our water system is fully JIC fitted. So the beauty about the dc pump is that we have taken off the stock necks and fitted our own billet ones.

Those are reservoirs :-) lol

I would need to improve my Jedi skills as brakes wouldn't be much use! If they were the master cylinders

we will advertise the alternator relocation kit once it has been tested

not too expensive thankfully

How much was that ballistic fuel cell? Did ATL give you a part number so others could order the same cell? I was going to do the same with my race car, but since you already did it, awesome less work for me!

Do you guys plan on utilizing drop spindles in the future?

Thanks and GLWB

I think you have of us track guys drooling over your car you built in 2 weeks!! What about the front lip/splitter? Is it available for purchase? I'm assuming if it would work with the 93-98 front bumper, it should work with the 99+? As Adam said, really like the fuel cell. Is that an entire underside flat panel I see hanging down on the sides?
