Ye the way that he modded the fenders for me was really good, he opened up the fenders all the way up to the upper inner metal fender well

just make sure that whoever does this flair for you, make sure that they have a really good eye for the lines of the car, cus this kinda flair is really a hit or miss type deal
it can look freaking awesome, or just be an epic fail
my guy is really good at it, but i have the feed over fenders, so either way i'm in the clear loll

oh also i'm shaving the wiper motor hole, rear windshield washer nozzle, and the antenna

Alright guys
so its finally there!!
the work on the rear flares to go under the over fenders is pretty much complete, just a little more smoothing out to do for the straight line on the edge
the doors and glass are now off the car
and i also had the guys at the body shop take off that weather guard wrinkly stuff at the bottom of the door and body
she goes in for primer to start the paint process on tuesday!!!

So they finally sprayed some preliminary primer to make sure the lines are good and to make any adjustments
car should be going getting full primer and color tomorrow!!!
then it'll bake for about a week, then buff and polish, and she'll be on her way back to my house!!
I can't wait to get the fenders 100% bolted on...its gona look crazy!!!

alright so heres the latest
They started the 2nd layer of primering the fenders, doors, and body
then they'll sand it down again to make sure all the lines are right
then if it gets cleared by Mike the owner of Miami Autoworks, it goes in for color
also
Finally got to putting the threaded inserts into the body to bolt on the rear fenders
such a freaking scary moment to see them drilling into the body of my car!!!

I almost jumped in front of the drill to save her!! lmaooo
but the finished product became really nice with the stainless button head fasteners

where the inserts are is kinda inset on the inside of the over fender
yup, my car will be on the track a lot so i want them to be able to be removed and replaced if i get bumped or anything
not to mention that straight up rivets are ugly as all hell
the button head bolts look have a really nice finish
