just for you homie!!

i finally got all of the stock turbo system out of the car

this one motherf*#king down pipe nut that refused to let go...took me 2 hours of trying to be a proper mechanic till i said screw it and got the grinder out and went to town on it

made me feel a lot better to say the least

so Monday begins fab work!!
well the ISS Forged fabricator will be doing the fabbing

i'll be installing the complete fuel system into the car

here are the pics from today

first one is my battle victory against that goddamn down pipe nut

What lengths did you go to? Torch and breaker bar? Curious because I have a spare set of twins I'm dropping in soon(ish).

realistically, you shouldn't have the same issue as me...i think it was my fault that it was that difficult to get that nut off

i must have mis-threaded it in when i put the motor back in after the rebuild

^ nahh... it probly would've backed out... I bet it was just really tight to begin with.. and sometimes with the heat that's generated and cycled... they just really get bonded on there. At least you didn't have an exhaust leak haha.

it wasn't that it didn't turn, the reason why i say i think it was my fault is cus it did turn out and back out about half way up the threads to where it would pop off, and then it stopped

so i duno man...but either way, my persuasion tool (angle girder with a cut off blade), did a great job of encouraging it to get the f*&k off my car

lol .... more than one way to skin a cat. Thats hilarious though.. because I have seen myself do the exact same thing in certain situations. It's almost like I look left and right to make sure no one is looking before I do such things.. but as long as it gets done.. who cares how haha

dude that would be perfect...we can compare our builds, and if we like each other's setups more than our own

all we have to do is pay shipping and swap setups lol

last night i got my shipment of all my parts from Motovicity
-Walbro 400 LPH fuel pump
-Cuzco Catch Tank
-lots and lots of Reflect-a-gold lol
-Titanium manifold wrap
-All my Vibrant T-Bolt clamps
-All my Vibrant Silicone Couplers (black)

so sadly today we had to fix one of our customers exhaust system so we didn't have time to do any fabricating on my car...customers come first lol

so heres what i got done today

-Installed the Walbro 400 LPH
-wrapped the LIM
-wrapped/installed the fuel rail
