I actully wouldnt have a clue where to get these. Its a genuine RE Amemiya JTC spec wing. I believe it came on the car when it was imported initialy to NZ from Japan.

Im in two minds about it. I have the new style GT wing that I was thinking of using, but will have to try it and see which I like. I actully woulnt mind rigging up some sort of test attachment using some bathroom scales so I can measure downforce and use the one that develops the most

this is just my 2 cents, but if I had your car I would:
remove the front bumper, side skirts, and spoiler, and replace them with something different. I REALLY don't like any of those parts that are on the car now. I'm also glad to see you got rid of those hideous headlights. I would also get a rear diffusor.

Otherwise it looks awesome! keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more updates.

Those hoses look like Aeroquip push on type hoses. They are **** for hoses. I blew 3 oil lines because those things wouldn't hold 100 psi of oil.

Haha the fram filter was just for running in duties ;P.

Im more of a fan of function over form. The front bumper and sides have vents in all the right places and come down to the right hight for a splitter and undertray. So they will most likly stay. I can find a lot more things to spend the money on. As said before, im in two minds about the wing and it will most likly come down to which can give more downforce. Ohw and I have a diffuser on my watch list - but that will come when funds alow. Im more interested in getting it running and tuned.

Those hoses are from a local company here and work with the earls fittings. The are special raited hose for fuel and have been on the car for about 2 years with no issues so far?? The oil lines will be -10 braided.

Had a good look at the parts form the powder coaters. I really like the grey...The blue goes well too. Will be interesting to see what it looks like on the car.

The car has gone 10.6@131mph by the builder on groved slicks.
What power level was used on that run?

Car should trap much higher, in order of 140+ MPH with such power. Also T51R SPL on circuit car

On our crap tracks? thats about in line with most other cars of similar power over here??.

Yeah its a little on the big side for circuit racing, but I had the housings, manifold, downpipe to suit and it was by far the cheapest to just replace the core rather then a whole new turbo. A smaller more responsive turbo will be somewhere in the future for the car though.

Ran the oil cooler lines today. Still need to get some hose holders to mount them to the body and stop them distroying everything they touch, but you get the idea.

Test fitted the turbo and made the water lines. Not sure im happy with them looping all over the place like that, but theres little I can do about it.

Some serious work going on here. Very impressive stuff. Like the grey powder coat as well, normally prefer something a little more show off, but it looks really subtle and smart in the engine bay.

You got some great parts...but I think one of the better changes you made were the headlights!

Love what you did with the parts and this powder coating it's so much more original than the usual "bling-bling" engine bays. Good work.
