I was gonna go but when i got my haltech, i was too mad to go and gave away my 2 tickets for it..

 

This car is coming along nicely. pretty amazed. What are you putting between the over fender and the rear do protect the paint? (Thats what it looks like your doing?)

 

btw i think i saw some rx7club members there actually. there was one girl in a sevenstock shirt. she made that logo look HUGE. hehe good times

so today i made a bracket for my LSX coils in the location were the igniter chip was located at.







still gotta buy different bolts and slap some spacers on the there so the coils are sitting on the metal.

didnt realize its been a while since i updated this thread lol..

well recently i helped my friend(orange 7) here on the forum install a v-mount.. was pretty chill..











should of took more pics once it was done but forgot too lol

 

went kaaz in Garden Grove Ca to get my diff inspected and installed by Ray of Kaaz..

really ******* cool dude, and funny as ****..



also bought some fluid for the diff..







and after i installed it.. **** was annoying to get in..






things looked a bit rusty.. so i cleaned up

 

so after that i finally got tires for the Rezax's...

running 235/35/ 18 and 295/35/18 on the back.. i must say i love it ..





we still need to build out the front fenders should be awesome once its done.. Lovely Idol status.


i think i need to run a 30 series out back.. the 35 is kinda too tall..

last friday i was lucky enough to ride in my friends white fd... love it..




so i wired up and plugged in my Greddy profec B ll boost controller ... now i need to make a panel for the gauges...



I ended up picking up a jspec engine harness, and had to re wrap it, and change a plug.. and began to wire it in... what a night mare...

so my buddy came by, and i tinkered with the fd... but really havnt done tooo much to the fd ...no more funds again lol..





basically i have everything plumbed on the car, but , i need to figure out my wiring issue to start it...





also i decided to sell my origin front fenders, and going a different route.. for now im mexi flush ahahhaha

so in the midst of finishing the fd.. i started adding fluid in the fd.. I failed to cap off the coolant line that feeds the twin turbo set up, and had coolant fall all over the floor lol.









so pretty much i finished everything on the fd.. wiring and what not.. so i went to finally crank the engine.. but for some reason i was not getting power to the dash... but some how i managed to get power to the HID's and Tail lights..




that killed me because no lights were coming on in the dash, which only meant something was not plugged and i would have to pull the dash..



so i started cleaning the wheels lol

 

soo after a few days of hating the fd for not starting.. I had my friend from a local shop (D.r.e.a.m. FAB http://www.facebook.com/dream.fab.ca) come by to help me see why I was not getting power..

turns out.. my alarm was ******* everything up, along with some plugs behind the dash not being plugged in. but I did have a wiring goblin that would not let power get to the starter . So we bi passed it doing it directly from the ignition.

after that I removed the dash, fixed and cleaned up some of the wiring on the fd under the dash..



finally got the dash and everything working on cluster...





messing around with paints on the manifold,, and im digging this.. not many will like it, but i do haha

another cool thing going on at my garage that im proud and anxious about is doing my friends Carb 13B into his AE86...

he is also the owner of this beauty a lot of you might recognize...








now for his rotary AE86 project.

the heart of the beat.. 48 IDA down draft carb.








on other news.. A fellow rotor head gave me a 3 month old Boxer pup. Named her Savanna(typical). so far shes been the coolest pup and glad to have her now .. LOL

 

forgot to mention most important..

the fd is basically done.. all i need a base map to start the fd... so if any one has one for a haltech e11 ver 2 i would greatly appreciate it
