Great to see some updates and progress!
Man you have far too many bits/cars kicking around your garage! Thought I was bad! Are you collecting FD's or are they customer cars you are working on to fund your own?
Cannot wait for the next installment!

at first I was like uh....
then I realized you were looking over the fender into the engine bay. I though you had cut out parts.

thanks for the kind words... here some updates..

picked up a new cooler for my Ps... i think this will be perfect for drifting.. especially with the abuse of running my wheels..

over kill?

made some ghetto brackets for where i want the cooler to sit.
(note this is only temp till the fd gets proper brackets made by a buddy of mine)

Watcha think?

Still need to get my brackets made for my radiator... but this is basically how the power steering cooler will sit behind the fmic but in front of the rad..(i plan on making a duct beneath the fmic that will direct air to the ps cooler and rad.)

Over kill? .....pffft.. is there such a thing? haha... The P/S cooler is a great idea. But I'd definitely put it somewhere else.. Hell.. throw it in front of the FMIC... it's small and wont' make the hugest obstruction...but back there it won't see much of anything. Talking to a good friend of mine, he told me that air coming out of the back side of the IC is only moving at 3-4 MPH with good ducting. Meaning the ps cooler might not be able to function correctly. I say put it in front... at least until you decide to go V-mount =-) The heat out here in the desert kills when it comes to driving hard and over-heating.. P.s. I have some greddy piping from the cold side of the IC and piping from the Turbo to the hot side of the IC.. want it? been sitting in my G-rage for almost a year now. Still needs the Intermediate pipe that connects to the Greddy Elbow though..

Soooo how's the radiator functional if everything past the intercooler is stagnant?

Well it's not so much as it being functional as it is about efficiency... It will always function unless there isn't coolant in it. But if you want it to be efficient..then it needs to get a constant fresh ducted supply of air

I understand how it works. I was pointing out the fact that you said it's be next to worthless behind the intercooler yet the radiator is just fine being even farther back. If it's all ducted, the PS cooler will see airflow as well since it's inside the ducted tunnel that leads out the back of the radiator.
