Thank you guys, hopefully up and running soon.
Its like a dream working with Walker. Showed him pictures of the ideas of how to run the gates, explained to him the issues with the sound/over-boosting, and he was already 10 steps ahead before I began. And he's very reasonable on price considering the amount of time/detail, hard to believe that materials and all, this manifold isn't much more in price than the last. Thankful to know this guy.
To anyone in South East USA looking for fabrication, walker and RJ are the dream team.

That is a glorious work of art.. I love a bit of good tig work.. Getting in all those tight spots and still keeping it looking neat and tidy.. Man knows how to work his torch that's for sure! and piecing all those parts together! Was there a vague pattern to go off at the start or is it purely made up as he goes along and piecing parts together?

This R2 too fun to work on. It was nice to spend some time on something in mint condition. Only 65k miles, perfect immaculate interior, whole nine yards.
Then onto installing manifold on this beautiful 5 series. Addicted to working, ready to hit the 4 rotor again.
Can't decide whether to wait and have turbo system swain-tech coated or just continue to use exhaust wrap. Claims sound great, but curious as to whether coatings can perform as well as exhaust wrap for the money and time required.

He already had idea of exactly how to place the gates with the turbine opposed, as he used this design on a 3 rotor manifold. Other than that the man is just pure talent, he welds like a robot, hes extraordinarily fast, and he never makes a mistake. Its just dumbfounding.
Something about beautiful welds relaxes me...I wish I knew how to edit video clips, I'd use the seen in Fast and the Furious where Jesse is talking to Brian about engines relaxing him and edit it to say beautiful welds. LOL!
Anyhow Awesome build man!

Jesse: Yeah right... I got that what is it called...that attention disorder...
Brian: ADD?
Jesse: Yes... that... ****, anyway there is something about engines that calms me down, you know?

Thanks TRD

We might have cranked it over right off the manifold to see if it finally sounded like lemans engine

Vids soon.....Big thanks to Walker for making it happen, so much into this build for this sound!
