VA MB stock build. EXPERTS HELP!

Some history. I picked this car up in pieces so i am returning it back to stock. I have about 90% of this car complete. I got the engine missing a bunch of stuff ie fuel rails LIM bunch of nuts bolts gaskets missing. Ray crowe has helped me source almost everything i was missing the car came with non-sequential twin turbos ive simplified the vacuum lines. All i need is fluids and an engine harness and she's running

My question though is can the center iron be modified to to fit aftermarket injectors. Like either a adapter or sleeve pressed into the center iron? I cant get my primary fuel rail and injectors to seat properly ie all the way down and flush. Ray gave me the correct diffusers and o-rings for my set-up. Do i not have the right fuel rail? This is my first rotary build its not terribly difficult this site has almost all thrninformation you need but i just dont have enough experience with them. Here is some pictures.
